Our Pricing
We price on a retainer model that is quoted per the services you are electing. This means every business we work with is given a custom retainer suited to their needs specifically. Nothing more, nothing less.
We do not charge flat rates for projects.
Why? Because we want to ensure we are only charging you for the time we are actually spending on your marketing. We time track by the minute to ensure you are getting your full values worth.
What’s your hourly rate?
Our current hourly rate is $140/hr (+ HST if Canadian).
What’s an example retainer?
Based on your team size, ad budget & services you’d like to promote, we typically need between 5-10 hours per ad account, per month. This therefore equates to $700 - $1,400 per month of ad management fees. Where we can slide hours down (for instance, once ads are running and converting well) we will make these recommendations to ensure you are only spending what is appropriate for the amount of work we are conducting.

Yes! You will have full ownership over your ad account.
We can either help you to create an ad account (and then transfer ownership over to you) or work within your currently existing account.
We believe that all businesses should have this ownership as it is your business and data, regardless of if you work with us for one month or over a decade!

Nope! We work on a month-to-month basis with you. We believe our work speaks for itself. If you ever want to pause or discontinue our work, we only ask for 30 days notice.
This means no annual contracts or lock-in periods. Our retainers are designed to be flexible to your needs and budget.

Yes! We work on every account and business we work with. Our teams for Therapy Practices include a Founder, a Marketing Specialist and a Marketing Co-Ordinator.

We provide one of our Founders, a Marketing Specialist and a Marketing Co-Ordinator assigned to every therapy business we work with. Having three people on the accounts means you will always have a person to contact and a team to brainstorm ideas with.

Platforms such as Google do require at least a $300 ad budget (outside of management fees) to run ads.
In terms of our agency services, we typically bill by hours needed, with no minimums here.

This varies based on your practice offerings, budget and the competition in your area. When launching ads in particular, there tends to be a 6-8 week learning period where Google is testing your ads against various audiences/times/locations, etc.
During this time, you may see some leads start to come in. However, it is typically after this period that most businesses start to see more tangible results.

Absolutely! You do not need to be confined to month-to-month services. We can help you audit or launch your ads and hand them back to you, if you’d prefer to manage them internally.
Likewise, we can also provide tune-ups to your account if you occasionally see dips in performance during self-management.
